Accenture PLC is seeking an ambitious final-year Bachelor or Master student to join our Banking & Capital Markets team as an intern. You will support consulting teams on client projects, prepare client-ready deliverables, analyze data, and help structure meetings.

You will work in multidisciplinary, international teams across strategy, operations, data and technology, learning Accenture methodologies through coaching and training.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support consulting teams on Banking & Capital Markets client projects from day one.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables (presentations, analyses, documentation) with a strong focus on quality and structure.
• Analyze client and project data, synthesize insights and proactively flag risks, issues or improvement opportunities.
• Assist in structuring and running meetings and workshops (agenda preparation, note-taking, synthesis of outcomes).
• Contribute to business and transformation topics across asset management, credits, payments, AI-enabled transformation, KYC/AML and regulatory initiatives.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, data and technology.
• Gradually build client exposure and presence, learning how to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Apply Accenture methodologies, tools and best practices while learning through coaching and structured training.
• Take part in knowledge sharing, research and practice or community initiatives within the B&CM team.
