The Head of Information Security is accountable for defining and governing the organization’s information security strategy during a business carve-out and a structured Azure tenant separation program.

The role ensures security is embedded into transformation activities, establishing an independent security operating model, governance framework, and architecture that supports compliance, objectives and risk management from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Define, maintain and communicate information security strategy, policies and control framework.
• Lead security program aligning with regulatory obligations and business goals.
• Drive governance structures, reporting and decision forums.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern information security strategy and control framework.
• Own security architecture and Azure tenant design for the new environment.
• Lead security by design during carve-out and migration lifecycles.
• Govern identity services, access controls, and privileged access.
• Coordinate security operations, incident response and risk assurance.
