• Experience defining security policy, standards, and control frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive security architecture in cloud environments (Azure).
• Experience with identity management, access controls, and Zero Trust.
• Security risk, compliance, and audit oversight for large transformations.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern information security strategy and control framework.
• Lead security architecture for the new Azure tenant, including IAM controls.
• Oversee carve-out security, migration security, and risk reviews.
• Govern identity services and least-privilege access across tenants.
• Lead SOC onboarding, monitoring, and incident response planning.
• Establish risk and compliance baselines for the new organization.
