Editx in Namur Belgium is seeking a senior Cloud Engineer to develop and operate containerized infrastructure on Azure using Terraform and AKS. You will build CI/CD pipelines, deploy infrastructure, monitor health, and automate operations through IaC and GitOps while collaborating with engineering teams.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud engineering with Azure services, Terraform, Docker, and observability tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering focusing on Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• 5+ years of experience writing Terraform configurations and modules for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with container technologies including Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of data platform services including Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, security protocols, and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot containerized infrastructure and automated cloud solutions.
• Build CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment for large-scale systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy new infrastructure within the Azure platform using Terraform.
• Monitor system health, availability, and latency while resolving issues across development and production environments.
• Automate and streamline operations through infrastructure-as-code and GitOps models.
• Maintain detailed documentation and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
