Job summary
ITS Group Benelux is seeking a Medior Azure & Entra ID Support Team Member to join a security-aware service desk. You will handle incidents, IAM tasks, onboarding/offboarding, and ITIL-based processes while supporting Azure/Entra ID, Azure DevOps, PKI, and networking. You will contribute to TOPdesk-to-ServiceNow migration and automation initiatives.
The role requires hands-on administration, collaboration across technical teams, and a proactive, autonomous work style within a Belgian environment.
Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years at Medior level with Azure Entra ID / Azure AD and IT networking.
- BD/ITIL experience and ability to work in IT security, privacy and IAM domains.
- Experience with automation and PowerShell.
- AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
- English proficiency C1 or higher; Dutch or French C1 preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL.
- Onboard/offboard customers technically and administratively.
- Implement and follow up changes with technical teams.
- Create and maintain security and privacy policies and guidelines.
- Support migration from TOPdesk to ServiceNow and ongoing ITSM tooling.

We are looking for a Medior Azure & Entra ID Support Team Member to join a service desk focused on security, privacy, Identity & Access Management (IAM), infrastructure and operational support. The role combines hands‑on technical administration with incident and service request management, change implementation, and technical and administrative customer onboarding/offboarding. It requires strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure DevOps, PKI, IT networking and automation, together with experience working according to ITIL processes. The consultant will also contribute to security and privacy policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, and actively support the ongoing transition from TOPdesk to ServiceNow.
- Follow up and resolve incidents, information requests and service requests within the Security, Privacy & IAM, Infrastructure & DevOps, and Account Management domains.
- Manage customer onboarding and offboarding, both technically and administratively.
- Implement and/or follow up changes within the relevant technical teams.
- Create security and privacy policies, standards, procedures and guidelines based on provided input.
- Monitor, maintain and follow up the implementation of these policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with and provide support to internal stakeholders and employees.
- Contribute to secure access management for IT systems supporting the Belgian energy market, including central market and pre-payment systems.
- Actively participate in the ongoing TOPdesk-to-ServiceNow transition, with ServiceNow planned as the future ITSM platform.
- Technical configuration and administration of Microsoft Azure.
- Technical configuration and administration of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, beyond basic user and access management.
- Work with the Microsoft identity environment, including:
- Microsoft Entra
- Entra ID
- Entra Domain Services
- Privileged Identity Manager (PIM)
- Entra Identity Governance
- Work with Azure DevOps.
- Work with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
- Develop and maintain automation, for example through PowerShell.
- Support and troubleshoot IT networking environments involving:
- IP addressing
- Subnets
- Firewalls
- Routing
- DNS
- Manage incidents, service requests and changes according to ITIL principles.
- Create, follow up, maintain and execute technical and operational processes, procedures and guidelines.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environments.
- Work with TOPdesk as the current ITSM platform.
- Work with ServiceNow and actively contribute to the migration from TOPdesk to ServiceNow.
- Work autonomously and proactively while collaborating effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience with Azure DevOps.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, at Medior level, with the technology concerned or comparable technologies.
- Demonstrable experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT networking experience, at Medior level, including:
- IP addressing
- Subnets
- Firewalls
- Routing
- DNS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, at Medior level, in the technical configuration and administration of Microsoft Azure.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, at Medior level, in the technical configuration and administration of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Experience limited exclusively to user and access management is not sufficient.
- Relevant professional experience creating, maintaining, following up and executing technical or operational processes, procedures or guidelines.
- Relevant professional experience with ITIL.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience developing automation, for example using PowerShell.
- Mandatory AZ-900 – Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
- English: min C1 level.
- Dutch or French: min C1 level.
- Relevant professional experience within the Belgian energy market.
