ITProposal is seeking a Medior DevOps / Azure Engineer for a fully onsite role in Dessel, Belgium. You will support deployment, automation and infrastructure, focusing on Azure, CI/CD, IaC, deployment automation and some .NET responsibilities.

The role requires medior-level experience and collaboration with development teams and external partners to maintain a stable, secure, and scalable IT environment. This is a 4-month contract starting August 2026.

Qualifications

Medior-level experience in DevOps, Azure, software development, or infrastructure engineering.
Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
Experience with PowerShell and deployment automation.
Knowledge of Git and version control.
Understanding of .NET / React / Microservices architectures.
Experience with deployment and release management.
Understanding of application and API security.
Experience with unit and integration testing.
Knowledge of Service Fabric.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with development teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with stakeholders on ALM processes and infrastructure choices.
Advise on Azure architecture and deployment strategies.
Contribute to the development of scalable environments.
Provide supporting development activities in .NET.
Integrate solutions into existing systems and collaborate closely with development teams.
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Manage and improve release management processes.
Monitor infrastructure stability, security, and compliance.
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Manage Azure environments and support deployment and configuration activities.
Troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues.
Work with external partners to resolve incidents when required.
Improve deployment processes and automation.
Optimise CI/CD and release workflows.
Introduce and promote ALM best practices.
Document pipelines, infrastructure, deployment processes, and technical procedures.
Share knowledge with internal teams and external partners.
Help standardise development and deployment practices.
