Job summary

Faktion | AI Solutions & Advisory is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and scale robust cloud platforms. You will implement CI/CD in Azure DevOps, manage Azure infrastructure with Terraform/Bicep, and containerise services with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of experience in architecture, infrastructure, DevOps and/or Azure.
• Experience with Terraform and/or Bicep for cloud rollout; AWS a plus.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps and Docker.
• Ability to design secure cloud controls and drive automation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and automate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for builds, tests and deployments.
• Manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure (and AWS in the future) with IaC (Terraform/Bicep).
• Containerise and roll out ML services and Node services via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor and resolve performance and connectivity issues.
• Design and enforce cloud security controls and secret management with rotation.
• Develop observability via logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards and alerting.
• Cost monitoring and optimisation of resources.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Proven experience managing Node.js services in production, with containerisation and performance diagnosis.
