Euroclear Belgium in Brussels is seeking an experienced DevOps/CI‑CD Engineer to help create pipelines for on‑premises Linux/Windows and Azure Cloud. You will liaise with developers, testers and infrastructure experts and implement build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating repetitive tasks and defining self‑service for operations.

You should have strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and Azure cloud, YAML pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Qualifications

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and on‑call support.

About our team:

GTS - Continuous Integration Tribe – CICD Integration & Adoption Services

About our team: The CICD Integration & Adoption Services (CICD IAS) squad is the main entry point for all CICD requests
We support application teams in adopting, building, and using CICD pipelines based on standard pipeline capabilities. This includes activities related to application build, deployment, and configuration management for both on-premises and cloud-based applications, following corporate standards and best practices
We collaborate closely with development teams and the CICD Pipeline Capabilities (CICD PC) squad who standardize, enhance, and maintain build and release capabilities

About your tasks:

• Contribute to creating CICD pipelines for on-premises (Linux and Windows) and Azure Cloud
• Liaise with developers, testers, and infrastructure experts
• Create and administer build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating repetitive tasks
• Define operational self-services for DevOps and operational teams
• Validate operational documentation for deployment and configuration, ensuring traceability
• Provide second-level support to Production Operations, including on-call duties (nights and during certain weekends)

Essential Technical skills

• Strong knowledge and work experience of Azure DevOps and Azure cloud
• Strong knowledge and work experience in using YAML pipeline and elaborating YAML templates
• Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code concept and in the usage of Terraform
• Container-based application and related build and deployment technologies and hosting platform (Helm, OpenShift, AKS, ACI)

Nice to have

• Ansible (Tower), PowerShell scripting
• IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus
• Kafka
• .NET and Java technology knowledge
• API management (APIM, APIC)
• Notions of security & architecture (clustering, load balancing, DMZ)

Prior System Engineering experience is a plus for this position. On the other hand, curiosity and openness to learn new skills are absolutely required. We are looking for someone who is interested in the various aspects of integration of applications running on a Linux and/or Windows infrastructure (Security, network, middleware) as well as application deployment in Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Work outside of business hours is sometimes required as launches in production are generally carried out after 5 PM or on Saturday, as well as watch duty during nights and weekends. The team is based in our office in Brussels and Krakow, and we offer a hybrid work arrangement.

Please note that this is a permanent position, and we do not offer freelance/contract arrangements for the role.
