Clovr is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to develop and maintain an Azure-based data platform. You will focus on SQL transformations, data pipelines, and platform optimization to support analytics and reporting across the organisation.

You will build, monitor, and optimize data pipelines with Azure Synapse and Data Factory, while designing storage solutions like Azure Data Lake and Synapse Analytics. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data engineering experience, preferably in an Azure-based environment.
• Master's degree in Data, IT, or Economics, or equivalent level of analytical and practical skills.
• Strong SQL skills with experience on modern data platforms and transformation processes.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build, monitor and optimize data pipelines using Azure Synapse and Data Factory.
• Design and optimize data storage solutions (Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics).
• Develop and maintain scalable SQL transformations.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across the platform.
• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to deliver reliable datasets.
