LACO is seeking a Data Architect to design modern, scalable data platforms using Azure technologies and Microsoft Fabric. You will combine business insight with technical expertise to create data architectures that deliver real value for clients.

In this role, you will translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, lead data platform design and modeling, and guide analytics and reporting projects. The position offers hybrid work and a strong focus on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience with Azure Data Services, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric/Synapse, and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, DAX, and data modeling.
Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English.
Open to both employees and freelance consultants.

Responsabilités

Design end-to-end data solutions on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake.
Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures that deliver real value.
Guide data platform design, data modeling, analytics, and reporting solutions.
Advise clients and development teams on cloud, governance, and Microsoft best practices.
Drive innovation in Agile environments using DevOps and CI/CD principles.
