Job summary

Yechte Consulting Ltd in Belgium is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer/Architect to design and implement scalable identity solutions based on Azure AD. You will drive Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, and RBAC, and guide onboarding of enterprise apps in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities include automating identity lifecycle with PowerShell, managing Entra Connect/Cloud Sync, and implementing passwordless options like FIDO2 and Windows Hello for Business. Fluency in Dutch is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience as an IAM Engineer, IAM Architect, or Enterprise ID Specialist.
In-depth expertise in Microsoft Enterprise ID / Azure AD.
Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, RBAC, and Identity Governance.
Experience with hybrid identities, Active Directory, and Entra Connect.
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SSO federation.
Experience with automation using PowerShell.
Dutch-speaking consultant is an absolute requirement.
Availability of approximately 50% to 60%.
Ability to start as soon as possible and support a long-term assignment.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing scalable IAM solutions within Microsoft Enterprise ID (Azure AD).
Developing and managing Conditional Access, PIM, and Identity Protection.
Guiding the onboarding and integration of enterprise applications.
Automating IAM processes and identity lifecycle management.
Management and optimization of hybrid identity environments (Active Directory, Entra Connect/Cloud Sync, ISIM, ISAM).
Implementing passwordless authentication solutions such as FIDO2 and Windows Hello for Business.
Advising stakeholders on IAM, security, and Zero Trust principles.
