Job summary

eFinancialCareers is seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to join the Toolchain team. You will design and implement production architectures for new projects, automate deployment processes, and support OPS engineers in Agile environments.

Key technologies include Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Nexus, Xray, Sonarqube, and Fortify. All applications run in IBM cloud-based environments, with a focus on BAU activities and major migration projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in producing architectures and DevOps practices.
• Experience with production architectures, capacity planning, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience updating production services backlog and handling migration projects.
• Knowledge of cloud-hosted environments and IBM cloud context.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production architectures for new projects.
• Implement configuration tools and automate updates and deployment across the platform.
• Develop scripts for DEV requirements supporting OPS engineers in Agile projects.
• Manage production environment capacity and anticipate changes.
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades and impact management.
• Apply DevOps best practices and set up CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and update the Production Services backlog and track ops data.
