Air Belgium seeks an experienced line maintenance coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between maintenance providers and flights. You will be the focal point for routine interactions with Line Station providers, report on disruptions, and maintain AIMS data accuracy.

Responsibilities include monitoring deferred defects, coordinating AOG responses, and supporting flight crews with technical issues. Strong English, good MS Office skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of aviation regulations (EASA, CAMO and part 145).
• Strong knowledge of Boeing B747-400/800 systems (type rating or proven experience).
• Fluent in English, spoken and written. French and Dutch are assets.
• Computer literate with MS Office.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Natural communicator who enjoys teamwork and can stay cool under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate line maintenance providers and minimise impact on fleet operations.
• Act as focal point for routine matters with Line Station providers.
• Ensure accurate reporting on disruptions and AIMS data accuracy.
• Monitor deferred defects and plan corrective actions with contracted Maintenance.
• Lead central coordination during AOG, including parts ordering and logistics.
• Monitor fleet via in-flight monitoring systems (Boeing AHM).
• Provide technical support to flight crews on technical issues.
• Adjust day-to-day line maintenance planning as required.
