Job summary

RoboRana is seeking an Automation & Integration Engineer to design and implement automation across the Microsoft stack. You will connect systems using Azure Logic Apps and APIs, while guiding the team on when to use Logic Apps vs Power Automate.

You will collaborate with consultants and developers to ensure smooth end-to-end integration, explore new opportunities in the Microsoft stack, and help define best practices for automation. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in automation or integration, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, with proven experience designing and delivering real integration flows.
• Comfortable working with APIs and external system integrations (REST, Graph, custom connectors).
• Analytical mindset: weigh options, design scalable solutions, and explain the “why” behind your choices.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, collaborative, and eager to grow your expertise further.

At RoboRana, we scale organizations with AI-powered automation. To strengthen our Power Platform Chapter, we’re looking for an Automation & Integration Engineer who knows how to connect the dots — building smart workflows and seamless integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Design and implement automation and integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps.
• Challenge and inspire your colleagues in our Power Chapter by bringing in deep integration expertise.
• Assess and decide when to use which technology (Logic Apps vs. Power Automate), providing clarity and guidance to the team.
• Work closely with consultants and developers to ensure smooth end-to-end integration across systems.
• Explore new opportunities within the Microsoft stack, leveraging APIs, connectors, and Azure services to push automation further.
• Act as a technical challenger: question assumptions, propose alternatives, and help define best practices for integration and automation.

Who you are

• 1–5 years of experience in automation or integration, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, with proven experience designing and delivering real integration flows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop. Our Chapter is already strong here, so your expertise in Logic Apps will be the complement.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, or other Azure integration services.
• Familiar with ALM practices (DevOps pipelines, environment management, etc.).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204 (Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure) and/or AZ-305 (Azure Architect).
