Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an Automation & Digitalisation Engineer to drive digital transformation in an industrial production environment. You will leverage data skills and industrial connectivity to improve efficiency and enable smart manufacturing solutions.

You will contribute to digitalisation initiatives, develop digital production solutions, and analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in automation/industrial digitalisation.
• Strong data skills including digital analysis and production data.
• Understanding of machine connectivity and industrial IT concepts.
• Theoretical knowledge of Unified Namespace concepts; practical experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an advantage.
• Experience with Apriso is a plus.

• Support machine connectivity and industrial IT initiatives, ensuring effective communication between equipment and digital systems.
• Contribute to the implementation of Unified Namespace (UNS) concepts and industrial data architectures.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate digitalisation projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the integration and development of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Your Profile:

• You have 4 to 6 years of experience in automation, industrial digitalisation, or a related field.
• You have strong data skills, particularly in digital analysis, databases, and production-related data.
• You understand machine connectivity and industrial IT concepts.
• You have a theoretical understanding of Unified Namespace (UNS) concepts, with practical experience considered a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an advantage.
• Experience with Apriso is a plus.
• You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working closely with technical teams to drive digitalisation initiatives.
• You are a fluent French speaker.
