Caliber Collision is seeking skilled auto body technicians to repair vehicles with accuracy and attention to detail. You will perform frame straightening, blueprint-based repairs, and ensure quality finishes on a fast-paced shop floor.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; finish touches matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
