Job summary

INTYS is seeking a Food Auditor (M/F/X) to perform comprehensive food safety audits focused on IFS, BRC, FSCC 22000 and ACS standards. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, organize audits with Back Office support, execute the audit, and deliver reports on time while following up on non-conformities.

You will exchange knowledge with colleagues and report to the Certification Manager. You hold a master’s degree in a life sciences or engineering field and have at least 3 years in quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or engineering field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in the food industry.
• Auditing experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in FR, EN and NL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct food safety audits (IFS, BRC, FSCC 22000, ACS).
• Manage a portfolio of clients from audit to report submission.
• Organize audits with Back Office support and ensure timely reports.
• Follow up on non-conformities and closures.
• Share knowledge with fellow auditors and report to the Certification Manager.
• Collaborate with Certification Manager on audit outcomes.

Job description

As a Food Auditor (M/F/X), you will conduct food safety audits, with a particular focus on IFS, BRC, FSCC 22000, and ACS standards. As an auditor, you will manage a broad portfolio of clients based on your qualifications. For these clients, you are responsible for the entire audit process - from organizing the audit (with support from the Back Office) to conducting the audit itself and submitting the corresponding report on time. Naturally, your responsibilities also include following up on any non-conformities. You regularly exchange knowledge and practical experience with your fellow auditors and report to the Certification Manager.

Profile

Degree: You hold a master’s degree in biochemistry, bioengineering, industrial engineering, veterinary medicine, or biology.

Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a quality management role within the food industry to complement your academic background. Experience in various sectors is a plus! Experience as an auditor is a major plus!
