QPS is seeking an Associate Scientist in Translational Medicine at our Newark, Delaware facility. This fully supervised trainee role focuses on gaining mastery of GLP/GDP, conducting studies per established protocols, and accurately recording results and observations.

You will perform routine lab operations, assist in analyses of drug targets in complex matrices, set up and maintain instrumentation, and document all details in alignment with GLPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Associate’s Degree plus 2 or more years relevant experience
• Desire to learn and grow professionally

Responsabilités

• Perform routine lab operations, such as preparing reagents, pipetting, weighing, monitoring, recording, and replenishing supplies
• Assist supervisor in performing analysis of drug or other targets in complex biologic matrices
• Set-up, use and maintain complex instrumentation
• Document experiment details, calculations, results and observations in accordance with GLPs and SOPs
• Perform routine mathematical & chemical calculations
