Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) is seeking an Associate Director of Market Access Analytics and Real World Evidence (MAA & RWE) – Indirect Treatment Comparisons, to be based in Beerse, Belgium or Raritan, NJ. You will design analyses aligning with payer requirements and regulatory needs, and lead end-to-end evidence-generation projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biostatistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in pharma/biotech or consulting environments.
• Experience with indirect treatment comparisons and comparative effectiveness research.

Responsabilités

• Design and conduct indirect treatment comparisons (MAIC, STC, NMA, ML-NMR).
• Lead end-to-end delivery of evidence-generation workstreams and reports.
• Collaborate with internal customers to align HTA and payer strategies.
• Apply advanced statistical methods and programming approaches.
