TADAO is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Leader to join our expansion. You will lead a diverse team in a dynamic, health-focused kitchen environment, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include supervising production, stock, orders, and staff performance, while delivering a friendly, memorable dining experience to lunch and dinner guests. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for customer service and food quality.
• Energetic, humble, team‑oriented and enthusiastic personality.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production and ensure menu items available with minimal waste.
• Place orders and manage stock.
• Train, manage, lead, motivate and evaluate staff including recruiting students.
• Welcome and serve customers during lunch/dinner and ensure a superb experience.
• Manage delivery platforms (UberEats, Deliveroo, Click & Collect).
• Monitor compliance with cooking times, portions, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain high quality and service standards.
