The role involves supporting the Data Insights & Reporting team in delivering Power BI reports and ensuring effective documentation and project tracking. Position: Assistant, Planning & Delivery

We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Planning & Delivery to join our Data Insights & Reporting team, supporting and coordinating the delivery of Power BI reports and dashboards. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective planning, documentation, and tracking of our Agile/Scrum-based development process. You will work closely with both local and international team members, including daily collaboration with our colleagues in India.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and enjoys working with data and technology, regardless of your technical background.

Key accountabilities

Day-to-day responsibilities and expectations for this position:

  • Coordinate daily stand-up meetings and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Track and monitor project timelines, team tasks, and progress to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Maintain and organise documentation related to reports, requirements in cooperation with the Business Analyst
  • Maintain and organise documentation relating to sprint activities
  • Assist in planning and resource allocation within the team aligning with the long term planning and set work priorities
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders by providing regular updates and reports on team progress.
  • Support the team’s use of Microsoft tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Maintaining our team’s internal webpages with most relevant pieces of documentation and training materials
  • Act as a bridge between Belgium-based stakeholders and the development team in India, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Identify and escalate potential blockers or risks to timelines early.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and communication.
Qualifications and Experience

Must-Haves:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Based in Belgium with willingness to collaborate across time zones.
  • Interest in data, technology, and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Planner, DevOps, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience working with or supporting Business Intelligence or data teams.
