This Wendy’s location, independently owned by Sinkula Investments, is seeking an AGM/Assistant Restaurant Manager for full-time work. You will support the General Manager, coach staff, resolve guest concerns, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates should have at least 2 years in QSR management, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering great service. The role involves 48 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management.
• A proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a 48-hour week (nights, weekends, some holidays).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• A great personality and upbeat service orientation.
