Job summary

eFinancialCareers is seeking a project/change PM to support Operations in framing and preparing changes across Front to Middle to Back, including NAV and Reporting. The role focuses on asset management and back-office processes, ensuring smooth rollout and handover to BAU.

From a project perspective, the PM will structure, prep and organize projects, communicate progress, monitor metrics and report on follow-up actions to guarantee successful change implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Asset Management.
• Expertise in Back Offices (Fund Accounting, Transfert Agent, Custody, Depobank, Fund Dealing Services).
• Experience with NAV and Reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Structuration, preparation and organization of assigned projects.
• Communication, monitoring, measurement, reporting and follow-up to ensure project achievement and change management.
• Active participation in target model definition and prerequisites identification with involved teams.
