Absolute Jobs in Belgium is seeking an experienced asphalt worker to join our on-site crew. You will assist with preparation, laying and finishing hot-mix asphalt, ensuring smooth, high-quality road surfaces and precise finishes.

You will work with machine operators and drivers, travel daily from Oostende, and benefit from a competitive hourly rate, travel allowance, workwear, overtime bonuses and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt works, preferably as an asphalt worker.
• Knowledge of laying and finishing hot-mix asphalt.
• Physically fit and hands-on.
• Flexible to different weather conditions.
• Fluent Dutch or English.
• Able to get to depot in Oostende independently.

Are you an experienced asphalt worker who enjoys rolling up your sleeves?

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced asphalt worker to join our asphalt crew.

What does your job involve?

• You assist the asphalt crew with the preparation, laying and finishing of hot-mix asphalt;
• You help ensure the correct distribution and finishing of the asphalt;
• You are responsible for touching up and finishing asphalt around joints and connections;
• You help create a smooth and high-quality road surface;
• You work closely with machine operators, roller operators, drivers and other colleagues on site;
• You work with modern machinery, techniques and tools;
• You depart daily from Oostende.

Requirements

• You are physically fit and enjoy active, hands-on work;
• You are flexible and have no problem working in different weather conditions;
• You speak fluent Dutch or English;
• You are able to get to our depot in Oostende independently every day.
