Absolute Jobs Oostende is seeking an experienced asphalt worker to join the on-site crew. You will assist in the preparation, laying and finishing of hot-mix asphalt, ensuring proper distribution and a high-quality surface.

You will collaborate with machine operators, roller operators, drivers, and colleagues on site, using modern equipment and techniques. You will depart daily from Oostende and contribute to smooth road construction.

Qualifications

• Experience as an asphalt worker.
• On-site teamwork with crew and operators.

Responsabilités

• Preparation, laying and finishing of hot-mix asphalt.
• Ensure correct distribution and finishing of the asphalt.
• Touching up and finishing asphalt around joints and connections.
• Create a smooth and high-quality road surface.
• Work closely with machine operators, roller operators, drivers and other colleagues on site.
• Work with modern machinery, techniques and tools.
• Depart daily from Oostende.
