Absolute Jobs Oostende seeks an experienced roller operator for our asphalt works in Oostende. You will independently operate the road roller, ensure even compaction and monitor asphalt temperature and composition to meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with machine operators, drivers and crew, help monitor road surface quality and perform daily checks to maintain the machinery. Daily departures from the depot in Oostende are expected.

Responsabilités

• You independently operate the road roller during asphalt works.
• You ensure the correct and even compaction of the asphalt according to the required quality standards.
• You take into account the temperature and composition of the asphalt and adapt your working method accordingly.
• You work closely with machine operators, drivers and other colleagues in the asphalt crew.
• You help monitor the quality of the road surface and ensure that the works are carried out accurately.
• You work with modern machines, techniques and tools.
• You carry out daily checks and help ensure the proper maintenance of the machine.
• You depart daily from the depot in Oostende.
