EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators to join a new department focused on cutting-edge AI initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery from prototype to production, shaping strategy and driving rapid execution with autonomy.

You will translate high-level vision into concrete roadmaps, architect scalable solutions, and work with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders across Europe and the Americas.

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives, and we are looking for exceptional operators and builders to join our new department.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
