Board Of Innovation is seeking an Applied AI Director to own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements end-to-end. This senior role spans delivery and proposal development, ensuring value-driven outcomes and clear client communications.

You’ll lead from problem framing to production, shaping roadmaps and governance. You’ll partner with clients at the C-suite level, drive delivery excellence, and coach teams across engagements while building reusable IP and impactful case

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex AI transformation engagements end-to-end.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving in AI programs.
• Experience turning business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Ability to translate client priorities into executable delivery plans.
• Comfort with multi-stakeholder environments and CTO-level conversations.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI programs, from problem framing through build, deployment and measured value.
• Independently structure approaches, set direction, define top-down roadmaps the organization can actually execute, and define what good looks like, in production, not on slides.
• Run product discovery with client teams and end users. Find the workflow worth changing, define the first release, set success metrics, and decide what to cut.
• Shape the solution architecture, and recommend build, buy or configure decisions you can defend to a client CTO.
• Navigate ambiguity with confidence, making decisions and keeping things moving without waiting for direction.
• Be a trusted partner to clients: shape their agenda and manage complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Independently structure proposals, scope engagements, and shape commercial strategy.
• Grow accounts by identifying real expansion opportunities grounded in what you've delivered.
• Turn successful engagements into case studies, thought leadership, and reusable IP.
• Champion AI-first ways of working through your own daily practice. Build your own tools and workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members across multiple engagements.
• Set high standards, give direct feedback, and give credit generously

About The Role

As an Applied AI Director, you will own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements end-to-end. Working closely with our Managing Director of Applied AI, you'll be the senior person across both delivery and proposal development - making sure what we sell is valuable, what we deliver is excellent, and what reaches clients brings the clarity required to enable decision making and strong execution. You'll lead clients from C-suite priority to working AI capability: structuring opportunities and business cases, defining top-down execution roadmaps, and driving the build, adoption, and value realization of AI products. Your bias is simplification: finding the shortest path to value, not adding frameworks. You've built and deployed AI products for real users, and seen their impact. You know the distance between a demo and production, and you use AI daily. We believe the best people to lead AI transformation are those who live it themselves.

What You Will Do

Lead Delivery, from Business Case to Production
