Itproposal is seeking a Junior Application Developer to join a hybrid, bilingual Agile team in Brussels, Belgium. You will contribute to an internal web application managing legal appeals, with a compact four-month full-time contract.

The role requires backend with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET and SQL Server, plus frontend skills (HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery/Bootstrap 5). You will work in a dynamic, multilingual environment and produce documentation in FR/NL/EN.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-stack web solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET and SQL Server.
• Frontend tech stack includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap 5.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is expected.

Role OverviewA public sector IT department is seeking a motivated Junior Application Developer to support the development of an internal web application for managing legal appeals filed against administrative decisions. The system tracks complex legal workflows, including court hearings, appointment of lawyers and experts, expense notes, document generation, and court rulings across multiple judicial levels.

The developer will join an established Agile delivery team (comprising 1 Analyst and 3 Developers) to accelerate feature delivery and ensure project completion by the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements and specifications into clean, scalable, and maintainable application code.
• Develop full-stack web solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
