Subdued in Antwerp is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team and oversee daily operations. You will ensure the store achieves its commercial and operational goals, maintain great customer experiences, and uphold company standards in merchandising and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of Store Manager experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and is based in Antwerp or nearby.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English; Dutch is a big plus.
• At least 6 months of experience as Store Manager in retail, fashion sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Preferably living in Antwerp or surrounding area.

The Store Manager is the cornerstone of the store and the main point of reference for both the company and the team. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team and overseeing the day-to-day organization and operations of the Subdued store in Antwerp.We are looking for a highly organized and motivated professional with strong leadership skills, autonomy, and a decisive approach to problem-solving. You will coordinate and support the team while ensuring that the store achieves its commercial and operational goals.

Your responsibilities as Store Manager will include:

• Coordinating and supervising the store team
• Mentoring and training staff in line with Subdued guidelines
• Organizing daily staff schedules and activities
• Monitoring stock levels, merchandising, and replenishment of products
• Managing priorities and ensuring compliance with administrative and safety procedures
• Managing cash-handling operations and preparing the necessary reports to monitor store performance
• Ensuring that the store layout and visual merchandising are aligned with company standards
• Supporting the team in delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Full-time 38 hours a week availability with flexibility to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
• At least 6 months of experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in the fashion sector and in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Preferably living in Antwerp or the surrounding area
