Orange Belgium is seeking an Analytics Engineer to turn raw data into trusted, analytics-ready data products and metrics. You will design business KPIs, semantic models, and scalable datasets powering self-service analytics, executive insights, and AI capabilities.

In this role, you will ensure data quality, collaborate with Data Governance, and promote a single source of truth for performance. You will engage with business stakeholders to deliver reliable data assets and automation.

Qualifications

• At least a few years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or data product design.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is desirable.
• Experience linking analytics to business outcomes in telecom or commercial analytics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain trusted data products, KPIs, and datasets; translate ideas into reusable metrics.
• Own KPI definitions and business rules; collaborate on data quality and governance; promote a single source of truth.
• Develop reusable data assets for self-service analytics and AI-ready datasets; automate reports and improve scalability.
• Prepare data for AI-driven analytics and explore new technologies to enhance user experience.
• Work with stakeholders to understand challenges and promote standardized metrics and automation.
