Randstad Belgium seeks an Analytical Project Coordinator/Industrial Lead Associate with a strong background in analytical chemistry and pharmaceutical project management. The role is based in a hybrid setup in Belgium and involves coordinating analytical activities from late‑stage development through lifecycle management across global supply networks.

You will bridge strategy, laboratory operations (QC), and project execution, ensuring regulatory alignment while managing cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry with exposure to analytical chemistry (QC, stability, method transfers, or CMC).
• Proven ability in project management, planning, monitoring, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical expertise and end‑to‑end coordination for specific technical projects (e.g., regulatory requirements, stability studies).
• Implement analytical lifecycle plans and integrated technical solutions using structured project management frameworks.
• Own cross‑product business processes and operational activities within the department.
• Build and maintain communication interfaces between central teams and QC testing laboratories.
• Resolve complex technical challenges in a matrix environment.
