Job summary

You will drive strategy, staffing, and project execution for AIQ activities, ensuring instruments stay compliant and fit for use throughout their lifecycle.

The role requires handling multiple projects, ensuring audit readiness, and collaborating with Operations, QC, QA, and Engineering to improve efficiency and quality while upholding Johnson & Johnson

Qualifications

• Leads AIQ engineers and specialists in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience leading technical teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AIQ team operations and resource management.
• Drive qualification and lifecycle management of analytical instruments.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and Johnson & Johnson standards.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, Engineering and Operations.
