Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an AIQ Lead for the CAR-T Ghent organization to lead analytical instrument qualification activities across laboratories and projects. You will oversee people, projects and processes to ensure compliant, timely delivery of AIQ services.

The role combines leadership with hands-on operational support, cross-functional collaboration, and strategy to optimize AIQ lifecycle management and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Experience with qualification and lifecycle management of analytical laboratory equipment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, qualification and validation principles.

Responsibilities

• Leads the AIQ team, coaching engineers and specialists.
• Ensures qualification activities are on time, compliant and well-documented.
• Manages project portfolio, prioritization, and resource forecasting.
• Engages with Operations, QC, QA, Engineering and stakeholders.
• Drives continuous improvement and audit readiness for AIQ activities.
