Ardena Gent leads global client projects in formulation and analytical development for early-phase materials, ensuring GMP-compliant QC and regulatory readiness. The role focuses on developing validated analytical methods and integrating them into the manufacturing workflow.

You will drive technical excellence, mentor analysts, and collaborate with engineering to implement new techniques while managing timelines and budgets in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree with 5+ years in chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Proven experience in chromatographic method development (HPLC/UPLC/GC) and MS.
• Experience in GMP environments and project budgeting.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to lead teams.
• AI savviness is a must.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical expert for analytical method development and GMP QC analysis.
• Translate customer project goals into high-quality analytical methods.
• Lead project-team meetings as the analytical expert.
• Implement new analytical techniques in collaboration with engineering.
• Oversee day-to-day management of (Associate) Analytical Scientists.
• Report to the Director Analytical Development.
