Ardena Gent leads a worldwide portfolio in formulation and analytical development, regulatory support, and manufacturing of early-phase clinical materials. Qualifications

• PhD or Master with 5y equivalent experience in Chemistry/Pharmaceuticals.
• Experience developing chromatographic analytical methods (HPLC/UPLC/GC) and using MS or spectroscopic techniques.
• CMC method development experience is a plus and GMP environment exposure is beneficial.
• Ability to manage development projects, budgets, and timelines independently.
• Motivate and supervise a team of analysts; strong analytical reporting skills.
• Interest in drug R&D and associated analytical development.
• Proficient with MS Office; Empower knowledge is an asset.
• Strong communication skills; team-oriented and flexible.
• AI savviness is a must.

Responsabilités

• Lead analytical method development and GMP QC analysis; translate client goals into high-quality methods.
• Act as analytical expert in project team meetings and lab discussions.
• Implement new analytical techniques in the lab in collaboration with engineering.
• Oversee day-to-day management, planning and support of Scientists performing development activities.
• Report to the Director Analytical Development and ensure timely results and compliance.
