Job Description

As an ALM Analyst your responsibilities are:

  • Strategic ALM development planning.
  • Risk Management.
  • Liquidity Management.
  • Monitor liquidity, interest rate, and market risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align ALM strategies with business goals.
  • Produce regular reports for senior management on ALM performance and the Risk department.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support the integration of ALM tools and systems for improved efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ALM Analyst should have:

  • A Master degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in overall risk management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Database,...
  • Strong knowledge of asset and liability management principles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis tools.
  • An understanding of regulatory frameworks in the banking industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities to present complex data clearly.
  • Fluent in English.
