Job summary

Abakus IT-Solutions seeks an experienced QA Automation Consultant to support automation testing activities for mobile and web applications in an Agile environment.

You will automate regression and functional tests for React and Java-based apps, develop test plans, and maintain the test suite to cover evolving features. Key responsibilities

Profile

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 11+ years of relevant experience

Technical skills (mandatory)

• Knowledge of Java, React testing libraries and REST API testing
• Experience testing modern web app stacks (React frontend, API testing)
• Databases: Oracle
• Database versioning and migration tools (e.g. Liquibase)
• Continuous integration tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• Jira and XRay
• Strong understanding of QA processes and defect lifecycle management
• Agile testing methodologies
• Comfortable collaborating with development and IT teams and stakeholders
• Rigour in tracking and documenting defects
