Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, located at Brussels Airport, is hiring Repair Operator / Body Shop Painter to support LEAP engine maintenance. You will repair and adjust engine parts, review work orders, and maintain safety and quality standards in a multilingual environment.

You will join a team focused on continuous improvement, with a competitive salary package and benefits. Prior body shop experience and English proficiency are preferred; Dutch or French basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary education diploma in a technical field.
• Experience in a body shop (carrosserie) is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of technical English; basic Dutch or French; willingness to improve.
• Willing to work in 3 shifts.
• Legally authorized to work in Belgium (EU passport or valid permit).

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and adjustments on aircraft engine parts.
• Review work documents for materials, products, and procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately while respecting planning and schedules.
• Use PPE according to HSE rules and company policies.
• Report issues and participate in continuous improvement and audits.
