Capgemini Invent in Diegem is seeking an AI Consultant to help clients move from pilot projects to production-ready AI solutions. You will identify high-impact use cases, embed AI-driven ways of working in project teams, and translate complex AI concepts into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and business leaders, crafting end-to-end AI architectures and guiding organisations through generative AI adoption, including

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in AI consulting or related fields.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based architectures.
• Proficiency with Claude tools and similar research platforms.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize scalable AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Embed AI-driven ways of working in project teams with reusable assets.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions with data engineers and business stakeholders.
• Guide clients on generative AI adoption, prompts, and AI agents.
• Assess AI readiness and translate findings into transformation roadmaps.
