La Fosse is seeking a Strategy Consultant specializing in Data & AI to join their Belgium-based hybrid, permanent team. You will lead Data & AI engagements from framing the challenge to driving implementation, advising C-suite stakeholders and shaping AI roadmaps.

You will work closely with engineers and analytics specialists to ensure strategies translate into live solutions and measurable business impact, while contributing to building a growing practice.

Qualificações

• Experience in Data & AI gained in consulting or advisory roles.
• Track record shaping AI or data roadmaps and delivering through delivery teams.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.

My client is a fast-growing, full-service Data & AI consultancy. Their Strategy practice sits inside a delivery business, so the roadmaps you design get built, often by the engineers and AI specialists sitting next to you. They’re now looking for a Strategy Manager to help lead and grow this young practice.

• Lead a portfolio of Data & AI engagements, from framing the business challenge to driving implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, challenging their thinking and shaping their Data & AI agenda.
• Design AI roadmaps, operating models and governance frameworks that let organisations get real value from data and AI.
• Bridge strategy and delivery, working hand in hand with technical teams and steering execution towards business outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in Data & AI, gained in consulting or a comparable advisory role.
• A track record of shaping AI or data roadmaps for clients and staying involved through delivery.
• Confidence advising senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Enough understanding of data and AI technology to work credibly with technical teams.
• Ambition to help build a practice and develop people.
• Fluent English and Dutch + French
