Foxelli Group is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) to join our growing team and support AI-enhanced email campaigns across our D2C brands. This hands-on role focuses on automation, segmentation, and personalized messaging to improve engagement and conversion in a fully remote setting.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and design colleagues, implement AI-powered copy and targeting, and help build scalable email templates and workflows that align with brand goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in email marketing, preferably in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Mandatory experience with Klaviyo including automation and segmentation.
• Experience with AI tools used in marketing for copy, personalization or analytics.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute AI-enhanced email campaigns using Klaviyo for brand 1.
• Set up automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with senior team to implement AI tools for copy and targeting.
• Maintain email lists, segment, and ensure healthy list performance.
• Support reporting and analysis of campaign metrics for improvement.
