Michael Page is seeking an AI Lead for a Private Equity platform undergoing digital transformation. You will design and drive AI and automation initiatives across the investment structure and its portfolio companies, interacting with senior leaders to unlock value creation.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB preferred) and strong AI/data/automation experience, with an execution-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–7 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB strongly preferred).
• Expertise: Strong exposure to AI, data, or automation-related projects.
• Skills: Analytical and strategic thinking; execution-focused; capable of engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop the overall AI vision and roadmap for the fund and its portfolio companies.
• Identify high-impact use cases for productivity, revenue, and cost optimization.
• Lead the execution of AI and automation solutions across portfolio companies.
• Ensure rollout from strategy design to PoCs and scaling.
