The role

You turn AI from talk into outcomes. You guide customers from idea to shipped automation, train their teams, and keep the focus on ROI.

What you will do

• Run Opportunity Mapping workshops, inspirational sessions, and AI keynotes.
• Design and deliver simple AI trainings for non-technical audiences.
• Translate business needs into flows, agents, and assistive tools.
• Build and automate with no code and low code where it fits. Examples: n8n, Power Automate, Power Platform.
• Lead projects end to end: scope, plan, communicate, ship.
• Act as light account manager for a small portfolio of clients.
• Track impact with data: time saved, error rate down, cycle time down.
• Travel across Belgium to meet customers when needed.
• Collaborate with the founders to spot repeatable patterns for internal agents and future SaaS products.

What you bring

• Fluent English. Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in process engineering and project management. Account management exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and keeping a room engaged.
• Hands-on builder. You can ship working automations with at least one of the tools mentioned above.
• Analytical mindset and clear communication.
• Startup readiness: flexible, organized, and comfortable with context switching.
• Curiosity over credentials. Deep LLM expertise is not required. Willingness to learn is.
• Team player with a get-things-done mentality, zero ego, and radical transparency.

Nice to have

• Background in data and analytics or digitalization.
• Experience designing or improving business processes in mid-market or large organizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or N8N.
