Vaigo BV in Leuven is seeking a Mobility Solutions Specialist to blend pre-sales and implementation ownership. You'll be the platform expert in partner conversations and manage customer onboarding from kickoff to live value.

We value an entrepreneurial mindset, Master's degree, and 0–2 years of experience. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English helps you move across stakeholder profiles, from HR to CFO. The role is hybrid with two office days weekly in Leuven and includes global mobility aspects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Business and/or Engineering) is required.
• 0–2 years of experience; junior role but not a junior bar.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential.
• AI-first mindset and entrepreneurial drive are expected.

Responsabilités

• Join partner conversations as the platform expert in the room.
• Answer technical/functional questions and compare Vaigo to alternatives.
• Help close deals through credibility, not scripts.
• Lead implementation: configure mobility policy and payroll integration.
• Own go-live; be single point of contact kickoff to launch.
• Follow up post go-live to fix issues early.
• Use AI at every step to boost productivity.
• Represent customer voice to inform sales and implementation.
