delaware BeLux is seeking an experienced .NET developer to design and implement AI agent solutions within enterprise architectures using .NET and Azure. You will integrate Azure OpenAI capabilities and own end-to-end delivery, including data pipelines, APIs, and deployment.

You will collaborate with architects and functional leads, ensuring compliance with security and residency requirements, while mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of .NET development in enterprise environments.
• Azure experience: App Services, Functions, containerized workloads or similar.
• Proven track record with API design and integrations in complex landscapes.
• Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production operations.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating organizational complexity.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Design and build AI agent solutions within complex enterprise architectures using .NET and Azure.
• Integrate AI capabilities (Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel) into existing processes and systems.
• Own the full stack around AI: data pipelines, APIs, authentication, monitoring, and deployment.
• Navigate enterprise constraints: on prem requirements, data residency, security policies, and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects and leads to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Challenge requirements by asking why before how, and mentor junior developers.
• Share knowledge with colleagues in communities and team meetings
