Bluecrux is seeking an AI Engineer to build AI applications, agents and integrations for internal teams and clients. Medior or senior candidates welcome; responsibilities scale with experience.

You will develop Python services, APIs and tool-calling integrations, translate business needs into technical solutions, and design prompts and tests to ensure quality, security and reliability. A hybrid role with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience; seniors 5+ years.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience delivering applications using generative AI, LLMs or AI agents.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Understanding of AI testing, security, privacy and maintainability.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Key Vault.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain decisions clearly.
• English fluency.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
• Valid driver’s license or plan to obtain.
• Master’s degree.
• Demonstrates alignment with company values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast and be kind.

• Build reusable AI components and delivery accelerators.

• Work with consultants, architects, product and delivery teams, and clients.
• Own defined solutions with senior support.
• Lead solutions end to end and guide colleagues and clients.
