Code75 in Belgium is seeking an AI Enablement & Training Lead to design and run training that builds genuine AI fluency in client teams. You will create enablement material, playbooks and internal champions to empower delivery and drive adoption after go-live.

You’ll lead change efforts, measure adoption, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences with strong facilitation and communication skills. Nice to have French and English language skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in enablement, training, change management or L&D.
• Ability to land technical capability with non-technical people.
• Strong facilitation and communication.
• Enough AI fluency to teach it credibly.
