PwC is recruiting a Legal Engineer to strengthen our transformation team and help design and deliver AI-enabled legal services. This role sits inside engagement teams, collaborating with lawyers to integrate AI into legal delivery, improving quality, efficiency and consistency while maintaining confidentiality, security and professional standards.

The Senior Associate/Manager-level position focuses on hands-on AI delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to reshape client

Qualifications

Strong AI/technology capability with delivery-oriented mindset in a top law firm environment.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI, LLM delivery and governance.
Experience designing and deploying AI-supported workflows in high-stakes environments.
Ability to translate legal and business objectives into end-to-end solutions for delivery.

Responsabilités

Design and implement AI-enabled delivery workflows for legal workstreams.
Build and maintain prompting standards and reusable prompt libraries.
Establish evaluation and quality frameworks for AI-assisted work.
Identify and prioritise AI use cases with lawyers; define workflows and success criteria.
Support the selection, configuration and adoption of AI and legal tech tools; coordinate with IT/PMO/external providers.
Contribute to the development of new AI-enabled client offerings from concept to delivery.
Promote responsible AI use with governance, confidentiality and data-protection considerations.
