You partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into high‑quality delivery artifacts and connect customer pain points to product strategy. You gain hands-on exposure to product management in a complex, regulated environment, with emphasis on collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product, business analysis, or related delivery experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into structured documentation.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with Agile delivery and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and measure impact.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI-enabled transformation and AI workflows.

Responsabilités

• Engage stakeholders to prioritize opportunities for business value.
• Understand customer personas and compliance workflows to identify improvements.
• Identify AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and UX.
• Elicit, capture, and validate business requirements via interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Link customer pain points to product strategy and roadmap themes.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Technology to align scope and risks.
• Promote consistent product management practices and quality artifacts.
• Support backlog management: refinement, prioritization, sprint prep.
• Assist with product discovery, including research and feedback synthesis.
• Measure product outcomes, adoption, and impact; suggest improvements.
